Chocolate Baking Chip, 85% Caca, 8.8 oz

A friend gave me this packet as a gift and I was surprised by how good it was. Then I went to buy one myself and couldn’t believe the price! And really good quality, very dark chocolate can be pricey. Probably won’t be purchasing this very often and it’s very enjoyable!

These are very good, but if you're not used to very dark chocolate be warned that they are bitter. (Not in a bad way.) They were rather expensive when I bought them, and I see the price has gone up even more since. A shame, because I would have love to purchase more.

Liked the flavor and the fact they are gluten free, dairy free, soy free etc . The only complaint I have is the sugar content . On picture here says 3 grams of sugar but when you receive your pkg it says 2 grams of sugar and 2 added grams of sugar . Would not have bought had it been labeled right !

This order was ruined because the chocolate chips had melted into a solid chunk.

These Pascha Chocolate Baking Chips, 85% are really good quality!

First off, I don't like dark chocolate at all, but when on a low-carb/keto diet, you have to do what you have to do. I researched some other chocolate chip brands and decided they had way too much sugar for me, so I tried Pascha because they had 85% cacao. I made keto chocolate chip cookies. I didn't like the cookie, but I loved the chips. I now add them to my whipped cream for a really fun, easy dessert. These chips have a real nice smooth chocolate taste and no bitterness. This price was perfect and you don't need a ton of chips to get the effect. This is my go-to chip from now on!

I wouldn’t recommend ordering in the summer time. Even melted a bit they were great

I've ordered this delicious chocolate in the winter months and it's fantastic, my favorite brand and I highly recommend. Both the 85% cacao and the 100% cacao are so good, both for baking and straight out of the bag. Be wary of ordering in the summertime though, you never know what you're going to get.

The product you receive has more fat and added sugar (bought it because it didn't). It says cocoa liquor instead of cocoa mass, but that is supposed to be the same - not sure why they changed it, though, if so. It does taste good, if these things are not an issue for you. I had bought them to nibble in small amounts, and not to bake - the texture and taste are nice for regular chocolate chips (I usually buy bars). But the seller is false-advertising and the policy says no return, and that is unethical and also not legal. I contacted amazon to raise the matter and got a refund, and specifically asked them to make sure to flag this so that buyers get the product they were buying and don't get stuck.
