I love these notebooks. I use them exclusively and probably will for the rest of my career. The paper is slightly heavier weight so I get less bleed through with fountain pens (though there is still some with some pens). The perforations work well for tearing out pages and keeping the book looking clean and nice. The hard cover stays looking new forever even crushed into the bottom of my backpack and the rubberized surface the same. Finally, the roughly half-sheet size is perfect for carrying with me.The only thing I would note is that some models of doodle are 1/4 inch longer than others (cover and paper). Not sure it matters but I found it a bit odd.
