This supplement has worked wonders with getting me to sleep. They have calmed my anxious mind and bring a great sense of peace. Totally worth the money.

These mushroom help me sleep and they work even better than melatonin. They seem to help my immune system too and since I've been taking them along with my moringa and other supplements, I can't remember the last time I got sick.
