Wrong Equation for Electric Field for a Capacitor
I am finding this is to be overall a great study aid. However it appears a formatting issue with printing occurred and it has the Electric Field for a parallel capacitor as (Q divided by Epsilon Naught) multiplied by the A. It should be Q divided by ( Epsilon Naught multiplied by Area). See attached picture.

Convenient and Helpful Study Guide
This study guide is a nice reference to have in my backpack for physics class. Seeing examples of mathematical concepts and theories really helps me learn the material, and the pamphlet format of these study guides is convenient and accessible for referencing when needed.
