CIPA 47500, JR. West Coast Mirror and Bracket
Bought this mirror for my Mazda pickup after the power mirror on the driver's side was ripped off by a passing 18-wheeler that side-swiped me one night. I hadn't even seen the rig until it was right on top of me because the old "sport" mirror had such a narrow range. I like the size and shape of this mirror and the fact that it is hinged to swing out of the way when parked. However, the bracket is not as pictured and is attached vertically with a hinge (like a door or gate hinge) that is much too wide for my little pickup's door frame and will have to be cut down to fit. It is sized for a full-sized pickup or larger truck or van. If I can't get it to work on the Mazda, I'll keep it for my next van. Good workmanship. Easy to assemble and adjust. Well packaged.

Works on J-4000 Jeep Truck
Purchased for placement on old J-4000 Jeep Truck. Easy to install. Looks the same, just new. I used self tapping screws instead of the regular screws provided.

Good looking mirrors
Bought these to replace the same exact morrors I had on my 66 F250. The first set rusted the first Winter we had here in Colorado and so did these. I was expecting it to happen. They are very inexpensive mirrors but they give you a great big view. They get rusty very quick but it is just surface rust and it matches my old beat up pickup. If you are buying these for the first time, remember that they are big mirrors and will block cars from view if you arent careful. They are worth the cheap price. I only replaced them because someone broke my first set while it was parked in front of my house.

Great product
After returning the first mirrors I ordered which were the wrong type for my vehicle I found these mirrors and they fit perfectly and I can now see!! I have a 1979 Toyota Keystone Motorhome and it took me 2 months to find the right mirrors and Amazon came thru in a big way!! Great product!! Now I gotta buy some spot mirrors and I am all set!!

Brackets rusted fast
They look good on my old Willys truck. They provide nice coverage on most of the blind spots, I added a round convex mirror to increase visibility. I have had these mirrors on for about six months, the top and bottom brackets have started to rust way more than I anticipated, the mirrors seems to be holding up very well though. I think if you are thinking about buying these mirrors I would spray the brackets down good with clear coat or I was thinking about putting some shrink tube over the bracket arms to protect them….

Rusty?
For some reason, after the winter in Colorado, these have started rusting and don't look very sharp any more. Also, the one on the drivers side whistles when driving, which can be annoying with the window down. I'm not real upset since my truck is ugly to begin with but if I ever get bodywork done these will be replaced or refinished. It's rough because I know there aren't a lot of other mirrors of this style on the market, and I'm not too keen on drilling another hole in the door to mount these.I had to do some slight modification to mine to fit, as I wanted it to fit closer to the truck so I cut one of the arms down slightly. The geometry of the mounting worked out and they looked good.

Like it
Worked out good on my 1963 Ford F1 pickup. Looks good on her also. Installation was very easy. I would buy this item again.
