I felt like I needed to review this product to do it justice. First off, Amazon needs to update the product photo because they are inaccurately advertising it with a smiley face, but when I received it I was pleasantly surprised to find it was actually a sunshine on one side and a cloud on the opposite side so that was defiantly an upgrade. Plan Toys once again does not disappoint! This toy is so beautiful and does what it’s supposed to. The legs feel loose but they are not. There’s a rubber ring in the middle that keeps it securely in place. Yes, you can use your finger to push the pegs through but the pegs are not just falling out. I would buy this toy again if I had to. 10/10

My 14 month old had taken a liking to the Fisher Price hammer at daycare so I thought I'd buy her a better, more durable, and eco-friendly one. She hasn't liked this as much. I think the hammer is too heavy for her to take all over the place and she pounds the colored pieces a couple of times but that's about it. It is a sturdy, well made toy though.

For a simple toy, this hammer peg set is a lot of fun. I bought it for my grandson's first birthday, but he rarely gets to play with it because his 3 & 5 year old siblings like it so much. The main reason I bought it was because it is not made in China, but it has turned out to be a birthday favorite for the whole family. I even find my self oddly fascinated by it . . .

My grandkids liked this toy and being able to hammer. However this did not last long as the pegs were not all the same size and some would fall through as soon a you tapped them the first time. Consistant with other reviews that state the pegs and holes are not well made.

Nice little cute toy. I love the material its not too heavy. Perfect for little hands. I would also suggest supervising as the cylinders do come out.

Some of the holes were too big for the pegs..made it impossible to keep the peg in the hole to hammer it through

My son loves banging away at the pegs but they are held with some sort of rubber or plastic o-ring. Received the toy 2 weeks ago and two of the pegs just fall through. The holes should be smaller for the pegs.

Instant hit with 18 month old. It was larger than I expected (which is a good thing) and very solid. There’s silicone in the holes so the pegs are always snug. Arrived early!
