Mamas & Papas Sola Stroller (Black)

This stroller has broken on more than five occasions within the first 3 months of use. It has been such a headache to figure out replacement parts with the third party seller and the manufacturer, and has caused me so much unnecessary stress on top of having to deal with a newborn baby! I can't count how many hours I've spent on the phone with customer service (Amazon, third party seller AND manufacturer) trying to get reimbursement and replacement parts. Very critical items have broken too that have endangered my baby: the frame wouldn't collapse, the safety harness wouldn't close shut, the snaps on the safety harness slip out, the recline got jammed, and a wheel is loose that I still don't know how to fix. This is the one purchase with my baby that I need to rely on the most and I 100% regret purchasing it.

I did not register for a stroller since I thought my infant carseat/snap and go stroller would last me a while. Well by the time my son was 8 months, he barely fit in his infant car seat with a winter coat so my search for the best and most affordable stroller began. What I was looking for was:1. A stroller where the baby can face me2. A stroller which had a recline position3. A stroller which was affordableMama's and Papas Sola fit almost all of these for me. I searched for a bargain but it was listed as $399 everywhere I looked, and most coupons excluded the brand. Luckily I found this stroller for $350 on black friday, no tax and free shipping. Can't beat that. I was able to assemble it myself within a few minutes and my son loves it.A few cons include:1. Takes up the entire truck of my BMW X32. The buckle to latch the baby in has taken me a while to put in (maybe im doing something wrong.)3. I feel like its not folding completely flat (once again, maybe im doing something wrong.)All in all, I love this stroller! Similar strollers in other brands are much more expensive.

Couldn't ask for a more sturdy & user friendly stroller. Although pricey, it is money well spent. I highly recommend any Mama and Papas stroller system.

I have been through several strollers (My daughter is just 5 months old) and this is the BEST! I absolutly love it. It's so comfortable for my daughter and best thing is that she can face me (she didn't like the other strollers that only faced outward). There is room for her to sit and have her legs fully extended straight if we want, the bar in the front is a must since she loves holding on to that and (also teething on it!). Getting her strapped in is very easy too where the other strollers I have we're a pain and she would get really fussy. The stroller rides great and simple/stylish. So happy I finally found the right one for us.

I had the city mini gt and I tried really hard to like it but after months I decided to bite the bullet and shop around for something better. I saw this in BRU and fell in love with the style but I wanted to test it out first. The biggest selling point for me was that there was room for my diaper bag. My gt had such a tight storage basket, getting anything in or out of it was a nightmare. My big diaper bag didn't even fit! So I had to lug a heavy diaper bag around on my shoulder while pushing the stroller. Also, my 8 month old would slump to the side in her gt stroller, the seat just didn't offer any support. She is soo snug in this stroller, she fits in it perfectly and there's no slumping. I also love the bar she has to hold onto and I can hang her toys from. The steering is a dream. So sturdy compared to the clumsy gt. All in all, there is no comparison between the two. It was like trading in a Hyundai for an Audi. I have only owned two strollers so I can't say this is the best out there but I can say I am so happy I won't be looking for anything else. Bye bye City Mini Gt - you were the bane of my existence

Awesome stroller. Love the different settings, folds up easily, sturdy. Very trendy. So glad we bought it Looked everywhere for something that faced both ways. Couldn't be happier with this one.

I have had this stroller for a few months now and really love it. My favorite feature is the reversible seat. It is so easy to switch back and forth, even when baby is in it! And the fact that it reclines all the way down is so helpful for nap time and diaper changes. My little ones favorite feature is the cross bar, she loves to hold onto it like she's on a ride at an amusement park :) It is quite large so you do need a decent sized trunk or cargo area to store it in. But the size speaks to the stability, it is very solid.

This is hands down the BEST stroller I have ever owned. I have 3 kids so I have owned my share! It has to be the best $400 I have spent on a baby item! It is very light (this is important for me because I have joint problems making it difficult to lift heavy objects), I can easily lift it into the trunk or up the staircase without any strain. It folds down nicely. The handle bar has so much adjustment range that I can put it up high for my tall husband or way down low for my 5 year old. Speaking of which, this is so easy to steer that my 5 year old can do it with no problems. One hand strolling is not an issue anymore... and with 2 other kids, I need that! The basket holds a lot. It fully reclines. The cover shades baby perfectly. And it comes with a rain cover... so no need to buy that as an extra!My baby had a Peg Perego before this and she always fussed in it... I thought she didn't like being in a stroller but it turns out she didn't like being in that stroller! She is so comfortable in this stroller, she can go several hours in this one and she has yet to fuss. She is in such a great mood in this stroller... she loves it and so do we! It is very stylish and sophisticated! I do suggest purchasing the cup holder as it doesn't come with one... and the stroller toy is a cute add on. We got the stroller toy for free when we purchased the stroller.You won't be disappointed with this one!
