Handy to keep as a spare replacement part, this blade designed for the Paderno World Cuisine Kali apple peeler. This handy Kali peeler peels, cores and slices apples all at once. It has a carbon steel arched blade and an L-shaped stainless steel blade and is constructed on an epoxy steel frame. The machine always cores and has the option to either peel and/or slice, taking approximately 15 seconds to prepare an apple or pear.
