Pricey for the cost of materials, but still a good training tool
Come on, $36 bucks for a couple of pieces of plastic and velcro? But I still bought it because I tend to "cup" at the top of my takeaway. I know it AFTER I have hit the ball, but can't feel it beforehand. And it creeps in at the worst times. We all stand there and swivel our heads on practice swings to see our wrist in slow motion, but you can't do that on a full swing. I can guarantee you, the flat wrist will not let you cup. I didn't get it for the power lag, but that's really not a bad teaching tool either. You don't get that painful immediate feedback when you try to cup with the flat wrist pro, but I didn't buy it for the lag. I read another comment where someone said the little pointer device didn't do much, but it really does help you visualize your swing plane. So, was it worth $36 or so to me train myself not to cup at the top? For me, yes.

This works great with a little modification
I’m very much a beginner golfer, I started playing about a year ago. I struggle with casting. This aid was recommended on a YouTube video by Aimee Cho. The issue I was having with this product is that my wrist cannot physically bend backwards far enough to touch the plastic and get that tactile feedback, therefore defeating the purpose of the aid. However, I was able to work around this by wrapping a scrunchie a few times around it, creating a soft padding between the back of my hand and the plastic. This helps tremendously, now I could feel it and use the aid properly. Once I made that adjustment, it worked wonders for my swing. This also came with another aid for the lead wrist, but I haven’t used it so I can’t really comment on it. The aid I use on my trail hand fixes the cupping issue I was having on my lead wrist so I don’t have a need for it. I also don’t think I can deal with wearing both at the same time, too many swing thoughts! A DVD was included as well, I haven’t watched it yet. Not sure if I will, who even has a DVD player anymore?I would give this 5 stars if I didn’t need to modify it. I thought maybe my wrist was the problem, but my husband tried it on and it’s way too far back for him too. But with the scrunchie, this thing works. As a bonus the fluffy scrunchie kind of disguises the thing so it feels less silly to be wearing it on the course 😆

Power lag and flat wrist pro
At $29 it's a little overpriced, but all these tiny plastic devices are! The pointer in the flat wrist is hard to set up right in the different configurations, but once you get it, it actually works. The power lag reminder is useful, but I don't think it will intuitively help you stop flipping at impact like a tour striker.

GREAT TRAINING AIDE
Small and compact, easily fits in my golf bag. I've purchased more expensive training aides and this is at the top of my list.

Don’t expect clear instructions
What a waste. Zero instructions on how to properly wear the product. It’s funny how each video they create online shows the “pro” already got wearing the product. In one of their produced videos she actually says “ Now that you have the device perfectly placed on your wrists...”I think I could figure out how they go eventually but if they are even 1/2” off one way or another it won’t produce the results intended. Amazed that they want $35 for a couple plastic pieces and Velcro. There is a dvd in the box but there are lots of people who have no dvd players. Having good instructions might make this worthwhile. Guess I’ll never know because it is going back today 😢

Save your money
Here's a quick summary:1) This is for very high handicap golfers who may be just starting to play2) The right wrist Power Lag is somewhat uselful to get that feedback that your wrists are fully cocked at top of backswing and, most helpful, at impact.3) The left wrist "Flat Wrist" would be helpful if you had severe cupping of that wrist. The "tee" insert is basically useless. Using the end of the club handle to watch your plane (pointed at ball) is a better and easier way.4) Chipping and putting application will provide the most value, which is where alot of strokes are wasted, so that's a positive5) Half the video is an infomercial for other products sold by the same dude. Very annoying.6) This is WAY overpriced. Two very small pieces of plastic and some velcro. $14.99 would be plenty. At $39.99, save your money and watch a bunch of YouTube golf instruction videos to get some pointers. There is a ton of very helpful information out there for free.

Great Products - Awesome
This is a update to my original comment, I purchased a second one since lost the first one. Now I can lag the club and hit down on the ball PERIOD. It helped me discover and engage the hidden power in my golf swing and improved my ball striking and consistency. I highly recommend this product, it is the best on the market.I have more confidence in holding the magical wrist angle for the longest duration inm my swing and compress the hesk outr of the ball. there is no better feeling then hitting the ball flush and pure. these two products are the real deal. One thing to keep in mind, be patient, give it some time and don't rush your progress and you will be rewarded.I have lowered my score by 8 strokes. I have better ball control and trajectory.excellent for your short h=game, I can make the ball spin like a HIPPIE HEAD ON THE GREENI got this for Christmas, I absolutely love these aids. I had such a hard time fixing my over the top move, and just using the PowerLag for few days, got my club coming on the correct plane and hitting down with flat wrist at Impact. The DVD that comes with it is full for Drills and tips - I recommend watching the DVD before using the product, cause it can be little confusing how to use the product without watching the videos.FYI: I started with small punch shots with both products on and I gradually developed it to where I now feel confidant hitting full shots with proper lag with a flat wrist at impact.I have improved my sort game considerably, I have a whole new confidance in my chip and punch shots and specially 100 yards in.I highly recommend these product -

Useful if you use it!
Like the lag aide, but the flat wrist aide is marginally effective. The CD is good and helps get the idea across. The tee positioning on the flat wrist aide is very useful in the downward angle pointing at the ball during the swing.

One size does not fit all
I like the concept of this aid, however, the angle at which the power lag attachment is formed, is far greater than what my wrist will bend. As a result my hand never touches the attachment and I get no feedback from this. I looked at "the key" wrist brace and wish I would have bought that instead.

Gadget
Good video but the tools didn’t help me getting more lag. I feel it’s just a gadget on which I wasted money

So-so
This product is so-so. The lag pro component is decent and provides useful feedback. The flat wrist part doesn't really provide much tactile feedback. And who ships a disc these days?
