***REVIEW UPDATE*** wobbly/ other issues- unfortunate for what appears to be a high quality chair at first glance
***REVIEW UPDATE after several months of use***well, i have i had the chair for several months now and i have to say, i am left completely disappointed. What started off as a very high quality chair that i was very happy with, has turned into a complete dud.biggest issue: the chair now wobbles. i have checked all the screws and made sure everything is nice and tight just in case things loosened up after a few months of use. that is not the case unfortunately. i believe the issue is with the hydraulic base. the chair seems to pivot on the post and wobble around. if i am sitting forward in the chair, all is good. as soon as i lean back against the back rest (NOTE: NOT in a reclining position) the chair then starts to wobble all over the place. i would say it is a good 5 degree lean to the left or right. it is frustrating because it feels like i cant get comfortable in the chair thanks to the lean and have to shift back and forth.I have contacted N Seat support and we will see what they do about this. if i could, i would return this to amazon immediately consider this is supposed to be a very high quality chair that is 400 dollars. for that kind of money, i expect it to be perfect. what i am left with is a chair that was initially great, but now is a turd.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------High quality seat. Serious dxracer competitor. More comfortable than the dxracers that I have sat in.Would have received 5 stars but first chair I was sent had a few issues and had to be returned. Back rest didn't align with the seat right so it was slightly at an angle. You noticed feeling slightly askew when sitting in the chair. Also, the right arm rest was broken. It would not lock into position for any of the adjustments.Thankfully the replacement I received is perfect and a really great chair. Can sit for hours, gaming in comfort.

Serious DX-Racer Competitor here
This chair is really freaking amazing!!! I was originally going to buy the lower model (300 Series) but I fell in love with this one. Let me be clear that this is NOT a chair that you sink into like a lazyboy. This is just my assumption in saying that the padding and comfort are specifically designed for long periods of sitting. I'm 5'11 and sit in this chair for about 3-5 hours daily. Regardless the chair is very comfortable and great for my back. Previous to my other computer chairs I am able to comfortably sit a good posture now. The lower back pillow is removable as well.As far as the negatives, my shipping box was pretty damaged and the chair itself seemed as if it was used already (had dirt, scuff marks, and scratches). Amazon was great and has shipped a replacement free of charge. I got the red and black chair but, the red is not how it looks in the picture. It is a more fiery lava red that almost looks orange. I got used to it though and now I really like it. The instructions were unhelpful however it took me about 20 minutes to put together. The recliner lever is smooth and hassle free as well as the 2 other levers to lock chair and move chair up and down. The chair does not tilt side to side, it feels durable and comes with great quality frame and gas cylinder. If you're looking for a SOLID beautiful looking chair, look no further!Side note: The blue chair does not have the carbon fiber look on the color panels as the black, white, and red do. I verified this with N-Seat because that was the one I would have chose.Comfort 5/5Quality 4/5Design 5/5Adjustability 5/5Assembly 5/5

Gotta say I love this chair
Gotta say I love this chair. It has all the features you need like rocking, firm seat, adjustable from 90 degrees to 180, and adjustable height. Its well made, very sturdy and I'm betting will last a looooong time. I got the all black and it's just awesome, can't think of one complaint, really. One month later.. still amazing, this thing is a tank, very sturdy and all mechanisms working as well as the day I received it. Like the saying says "you get what you pay for" this is certainly true for this chair. I'm about 240 lbs and sometimes spend 10 hrs a day in this chair and the seat shows no signs of compression, its awesome.Dec 2017, 7 months and the chair is still going strong, no issues. The seat has compressed a little but plenty of cushion left. No wobble or problems, its still very solid. Maybe some of the other reviewers did not assemble it correctly. I'd buy another when this one gets to old.

Great Seat - here's what the instructions don't mention.
Who buys a chair that you have to put together - but can't test first? Most of the reviews I saw, and the YouTube videos I saw were positive so I purchased it. A leap of faith. After all, who and how do you ship it back? I use it for work. I sit in front of monitors all day. It's really good - but note: It is not a cushy chair. It's very supportive and has all the adjustments you need. As others have mentioned - the box was beat-up and gouged, and the plastic strap's came off, bit it was well packed and protected, no damage. Just one thing is lacking: The assembly instructions need help. You get a blister pack of bolts (2 lengths), washers (8-split washers and 8 flat washers) and 2 small screws. There's only two places to put the bolts - attaching the seat to the frame and the seat-back to the frame uprights. If you think it tells you which bolts and washer? It doesn't. The YouTube vid's don't tell you either. I went to the company website and no mention either. I sent their support an e-mail and got very quick answers. Here they are: THE LONG BOLTS AND SPLIT-WASHERS ARE FOR THE SEAT UPRIGHT AND THE SHORTER BOLTS AND FLAT-WASHERS ARE FOR THE SEAT BOTTOM. THE TWO SMALL SCREWS ARE FOR THE PLASTIC COVERS. YOU WILL HAVE EXTRA WASHERS. Everything you need to adjust is adjustable. I'm 6' and 150lbs and it suits me well. There's still 2.5 inches on either side of the seat. Hope this helps.

Not as described but still worth the price.
As can be seen in the attached feature image, it says the chair has a Strong Alminium Base which any reasonable person would conclude is a misspelling of Aluminium but this is not the case. The base is, in fact, Nylon. Despite this error in the description I feel the chair is value for money for the £213.78 I paid for it and I will explain why I feel this way. I recently purchased, for my son, a Clutch brand Throttle Series Chair for £375 and after building both and comparing the quality of the build, apart from the Clutch chair actually having an aluminium base, they are virtually equal in respect to quality and materials. The PU Leather is the same, the adjustments are the same, the Multi-function mechanism is virtually identical if not exactly the same, the seat foam feels the same. I suspect if you were to take chair in the £350 to £400 Price range and compared it they would all use the same mechanisms and similar materials so I feel I got a bit of a bargain with this chair, particularly as I feel it actually looks better than many of the other similar chairs apart from maybe the Noble Chairs which the N. Seat Pro 600 reminds me of anyway. There are a few Issue with regard to attention to detail. For instance the Diamond Pattern on the seat either side of the centre stripe does not line up perfectly and they would be better off eliminating the centre stripe altogether which would rectify this issue. Also the arm rests are a little wobbly but this is also true of the Clutch chair so I suspect it is just a result of the design of the 4 way adjustable arm rests. Assuming the nylon base holds up I see no reason why this chair wouldn't last as long as the Clutch Throttle chair.

Great for about 2 months
Broke soon after purchasing, the base is made of cheap plastic meaning that the wheels do not stay in and the chair is highly unstable. Can't find replacement parts anywhere and the companies support email addresses do not work. Given the chair was £250, I've filled the gaps in with epoxy resin to buy an extra few weeks of usage, but really I need to find a replacement - avoid at all costs.

Great for Big and Tall
So your looking a this chair and thinking wow, 250quid for a gaming/ office chair is a lot of dosh, but trust me when I say this it's amazing!! Am a 6,6" and weigh 21 stone (from gym). Not doughnuts. I can sit very comfortably on this for hours, it tilts , it raises and the armrests you can adjust aswell. 10/10. However there is the little factor that my chair wasn't sold as brand new! It had been used before, I contacted amazon and it's getting sorted as per there excellent customer service. So to round up if your a large or tall person this chair is right for you!

Great chair, seriously comfortable. poor instructions though
I have to say that this is a very nice chair. Its seriously comfortable, and looks great, plus its very easy to manipulate into the right position for you. However, I cant give 5 stars for a number of reasons. The casing that goes over the fixing/bracket for the back part I have not yet been able to attach. This is because the screws that are supplied aren't physically long enough to go through the casing and thread into the bracket as they should do. Although these are easy to come by in DIY stores (and the chair is fully functional without) its just a bit frustrating. Secondly, the instructions are over simplified and are not quite correct. The instructions assume that certain parts of the assembly are already done for you which are not. Plus it comes with 2 different length sets of 4 screws. One set for securing the back of the chair, and one set for attaching the control mechanism underneath. It doesn't tell you which length to use where, nor mention when to use the spacers and washers. I understand that to those of us that are used to DIY this may be easy to figure out, but to some it wont be. The instructions are a single double sided piece of paper, when really, it could be 2 double sided, with clearer pictures. Understand cost saving but they didn't use the cheapest paper going. Lastly, and this may just be a little picky, but there were a couple of loose threads dotting about. Not really an issue with a pair of scissors, but for the price you pay for this chair, I would have liked it to be immaculate.Overall, I gave 4 stars because its a great chair, no doubt. Just would have liked there to have been a bit more care/thought put into quality and instructions

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS CHAIR!
I wrote a review here earlier and I'm now amending it.I tried to be charitable in my earlier review as I have had the chair for almost 2 years until the back collapsed. Granted I've only used it for 8 hours or so per week.I thought I'd investigate how my chair has failed. The steel tubing in the frame of the back has failed at a weld-point (picture 1). Unsurprising looking at the quality of welding (picture 2).In my professional opinion as an engineer, the people making and selling these chairs are criminally negligent. I wasn't injured when mine failed, but had I been leaning back fully on my chair, the location of the failure could have caused serious injury. But of course, these companies get away with it

Good entry level gaming chair for semi serious gamers.
Quite easy to assemble though instructions need work. The back sits a little wonky (think hole placement needs fixing manufacturing end). One of the arm rests has gotten rather loose so soon after purchase though and doesn’t stay in its position with little effort...Entirely comfy though personally I’d have more padding on the posterior seat (I can feel the metal frame underneath...but nothing a small cushion/fleece can’t fix for now)Good chair for it’s price point. But it definitely caters for the taller gamers over perhaps the weighty ones as it’s only slightly wider than a regular chair.Postage was a doddle. Felt bad for the courier though as the box was HUGE and tremendously heavy...good sport brought it all the way to my door though!

Quality Chair with minor drawbacks
I really love this chair, compared to the price of some DX-Racer chairs this one is very competitive, especially with the additional features like the 3D movement on the armrests.Unfortunately the position of the rising-lever below the chair was placed directly below the armrest, so you can't comfortable reach it without really reaching over which makes it difficult to adjust. The movement of the arms themselves is also fairly limited, they can move in all directions but not very far...Other than that, very comfortable :)

The quality didn't match the price
The instruction guide is misleading and lack of details. It also missed one page compared to the online one. The leather looks good but the plastic they used is just awful. And all the functions on the chair sound lacking oil. I'm very disappointed.

Chair great Amazon not so great
I love the chair but when the wheel and the frame the wheel was attached to broke I tried to get support from Amazon and not only did the staff try to say they had not put the life time warrenty on the frame and the 24 months warrenty on parts they also told me that they can not replace the chair. They told me they ran out of stock and my only choice is to send the chair back at my own cost. It was only until I pushed they said that they would arrange a collection. I fell off the chair when it broke and now I have to sort it out

Three Stars
Good chair, my biggest problem is the height, it's just too high even on the lowest setting.

Looks expensive but cheaply made!
Broke soon after purchasing, the base is made of cheap plastic meaning that the wheels do not stay in, the chair is highly unstable and difficult to try and glue wheels back into the socket.
