I have just started using this supplement as an aid for sleep, muscle and heart support. Iike that it is vegan, and a good value for the price.

It is the best supplement I have had. It helps with hip surgery pains at night, inflammation and relaxing every muscle so I am able to sleep.

Mag glycinate is said to be the Universal Magnesium. It helps me with my health issues...good product, good price.
