Excellent product
Overall extremely pleased with the end result. Rather fiddly to install and a couple of niggles with its construction - e.g. the badge gets in the way if you want to have the TV mounted at that point, so needed to remove the badge. Also worth noting that when mounting the TV itself, we needed to pull the toggles to open the catches otherwise the TV bracket would not clip into the lips on the top of the mount.

Double design defect
So I should start by saying I already have a 6yr-old version of this product for a 50" TV and I was completely happy with it (hence I bought another one without the reviews to back it up).Upon opening the box, all was as I expected, in that all the parts were there and there were no issues. Attaching the vertical 'arms' to the TV was a little trial and error (as Samsung are not forthcoming with their thread depths but no fault can be attributed to the product. However...Problem 1 - the pieces of plastic that are meant to clip into place aren't wide enough for both sides to slot in (see picture 1). Because this is the case on both sides, it makes the TV fall forward at the slightest touch and feel very unsafe. The description says 'up to 15 degrees tilt' but I'm at a loss as to how you could set it anywhere between vertical and 15 degrees.Problem 2 - once the 'arms' are slotted onto the supporting beam (that's drilled into the wall), the 'arms' sit at an angle that makes it impossible to mount on a flat wall. At first, I was blaming my plasterer for his poor work but after buying a longer spirit level, not only was the wall flat but the bracket sloped inwards. Of course, the solution was to scrape chunks out of my wall in order for the bottom of the arms to fit (and slot the lower fixing in place). As I bought this for a 65" TV, it weighs around 44KG and so it's not the kind of thing you chuck up and down off a wall (unless forced). I had to get my neighbour to assist 3 nights running and frankly, it was embarrassing as to how poor this mount was. I also have a 18month old daughter which meant I couldn't leave the TV lying around on the floor. It also says that it has a "Lifetime Guarantee", although if my TV falls off the wall due to a bracket defect, the last thing I'm going to be worried about is the bracket, when I have £2k worth of TV smashed on the floor. I assume they wouldn't cover that cost!Overall this feels like the same product I bought 6 years ago but made with cheaper parts that don't actually fit together properly. A very negative, nervy experience that I won't be repeating again and wouldn't recommend to anyone else. It's now up on the wall ('balanced' vertically), so I'm crossing fingers!
