Amazing laptop at this price perhaps with some consPros- Good specs at good price. Got it for ₹44,450 (Price at local shop and ezone, croma was around ₹52,000. Different HP model with exactly the same specs. I guess the model be002tx is available only online)- Island style keyboard with nice tactile feedback- Great connectivity options. 2 x USB 3.0 ports, 1 x USB 2.0 port. HDMI, Card reader, CD drive, 3.5 mm audio jack and LAN port- Decent for some gaming- Good for video editting / heavy, graphic intensive programs- Decent overall looks- Can play GTA V and other games at medium settings (1336 x 720) at 25-30 fps (Decent in this budget)Cons- Build quality is OKish. Dont expect anything great- No numlock light indicator- Out of the box it had wake up issues. Opening the lid from sleep mode, waking would take a very long time (Can be easily solved making some changes in settings. Youtube this issue for the solution)- Loose battery. Can feel it wobbling a bit (Seems to be a common complain)- Very mediocre trackpad. Will take time to adjust to- Heating issues. During GTA V on settings mentioned above the gpu and cpu temperatures can rise as high as 70-80 degrees celsius (Checked using msi afterburner)- Potato quality webcamImportant thing to know - The laptop does has 12 months warranty however while checking warranty online it showed only 9 months.Solution - HP might start counting warranty date from the date of manufacture rather than date of purchase. All you need to do is select dispute this option and upload your proof of purchase and warranty would be reverted to 12 monthsAll in all a decent deal. Props to amazon and cloud tail for great packaging and fast delivery!

Price on the higher side. Purchased it because of HP brand, though other brands were available with higher specs and at better price point.Had free McAfee antivirus for 1month. You have to go for paid version after that. You will get pre-installed win10 with no product key.Pros : 1. Good battery life.2. Shuts down in seconds.Cons : 1. Speed of copying or video conversion is in compartively slower (with such specs).2. Data guzzler (I am still trying to figure out how & why my internet is being used by the laptop).3. No option for USB tethering for data through mobile. Only through Wi-Fi. Havn't used bluetooth for data.4. Windows10 isn't working to full potential. For example many softwares do not support win10 yet. Shareit isn't working.5. While opening it takes about 30sec. (if that is okay then it's not a con).6. Some unnecessary pre-installed games which i deleted. (bloatware).

Got it for 34,550 under exchange. Overall happy with it. However, there are some points to note before you decide to buy this one -1.The battery backup is okayish.2.Screen resolution is HD, not Full HD. It is a glossy screen, so the consequent side effects are present.3.The speakers are located just under the front side of the base, so if it is kept on a soft surface (bed, for example), they will get blocked.4.No buttons for enabling/disabling wifi and also, no function key to mute mic or turn off display.5.Track pad is quite smooth.6.The top has a corrugated pattern, so pasting a laptop skin might be a little difficult.

The device is very good.. works flawless.. only problem i had was that the '@' and '/' keys worked interchangeably but it was resolved after some updates.. nice packing from Amazon.. another problem was that i bought it in may 2017 but the warranty was started from feb 2017, I've contacted HP in this regard and they have said that they will renew the warranty from date of purchase.. hope they do so.. last problem with the notebook is that it doesn't have a numlock key led identification.. but that doesn't matter much..The device is good.. you can go for it..

Takes lot of learning to adjust with the unsymmetric(shifted to left side) keyboardKeystrokes are not smoothButtons below the touchpad are not at the standard distance from the keypad, so you tend to keep 'clicking' outside of that area. Its so irritating!!This issue is compounded by the fact that the touchpad doesn't have a clearly marked boundaries and thus you keep move fingers outside of it.overall: The whole fun of a good product has been completely disrupted by the silly keyboard and touchpad

Before purchasing this product, I scrolled down to see the reviews because there was no big with return option for this product! So today I'm back to help another buyer like me. Firstly, my product was delivered in 3days! That was amazing. I saw some reviews saying not to buy this product, it came with a cracked screen and what not so I was afraid of it if came broken and I had no exchange. But the product came and it was amazing. It has a nice feel, nice graphics. The body is not entirely plastic. I loved it!

*This HP laptop model looks decent.* This had no issue for 2 years except the working speed, which was not up to the mark for 8 GB RAM.*But after 1 year I had a minor issue with the battery light. It was not functioning correctly.*After some time laptop battery got failed.*I would recommend not to buy products above Rs.30,000 in online stores. Because I have the doubt that the laptop I purchased was already used for a short time and they made it look like new.
