Solder Seal Wire Connectors
I used these to wire a new stereo in my car, and they’re the perfect size for stereo wiring—typically around 20+ AWG. Just make sure the wire connection is secure before sliding the butt connectors over and applying the heat gun.

Will NOT make a solid connection
These connectors: 1) DO NOT contain enough solder to even coat the wires 2) Solder only partially melts an will NOT bond to the wires. I write this review with the experience of using this type of connection a great deal when working on custom automotive wiring harnesses. In my opinion these are absolute junk.

Good value, they do actually work rather well

These are pretty poor quality. Their isnt really enough solder in center to make a good connection. I have various different versions and these are by far the worst

Tried a couple of these. The plastic melts before the solder. Tried a few different way of heating. Terrible.
