This was a surprise great choice for me. The things important to me were: a) easy to get on and off, b) tablet fits in charging base even when this cover is on. This definitely met both of those needs. I took a chance on this just from the pictures shown and was not disappointed. I didn't want a protective front with keyboard or anything like that...just a quality protective slip cover that feels good in my hands. That being said, if they ever make one out of this material that also has a front flap cover then I'd definitely buy it too for when I travel.

It is a pretty good case. It is thick and coarse enough that it does not feel as though the tablet will fly out of one's hands. However, I did find it hard to put the case on. Furthermore, it does add thickness to the tablet and if your pocket (be it a coat or pants pocket) is deep enough for a Nexus 9 to fit, it may not with the case on.

Great simple case for general protection. Works well with screen protector.One thing to be aware of is on the speaker cutouts, there is a piece of silicon that is in the middle of the cut out. At first this may look like its blocking the middle of the speaker cut out, however this is actually on purpose to prevent flimsiness of the cutout.

I got this for my new Nexus 9 together with a full Moko case. I use this sleeve at home and Moko at work. I like the original design and the feel of it. It protects Nexus from the back and the sides pretty well. As an added bonus the power and volume keys are easier to press now due to the silicon extensions over them.

This ribbed Poetic case is the perfect complement to the special needs of the Nexus 9. It provides a firm grip, eliminates noticeable flexing, and protects your hands from the sharp sides. It does not cover the front but the ribbed edges allow you to safely place the Nexus 9 face down on a flat surface.Tried several cover and folding stand models for the Nexus 9. Covers are the opposite of what you need with this tablet. This tablet is awkward to hold due to the sharp edged metal band sides and the flexing back panel. The folding stands have limited viewing range and tend to slip out of place. They are clumsy when held. You need something that protects the unit and your hands. With this case in place, you can use it with a dedicated stand more effectively than folding case variants.I use fixed clear plastic and articulating metal stands with my tablets.

I really like this case. It's lightweight and looks great! The only issue I have is how the edges over the front screen are easily moved and making it a less secure grip, but that is a very small issue since it doesn't come off completely. The cover over the power and volume buttons are easy to press and responsive.

Fell apart in a month

I bought two of these. One is for use by my six-year-old son, who likes to take his tablet everywhere.It's easy to get on and off, but still fits snugly enough that it's not going to come loose.It has enough padding that it looks pretty secure (obviously it depends what it gets dropped on and at what angle), but overall I feel comfortable with it. But it doesn't affect its thickness enough to make holding it uncomfortable (it actually adds grip) or interfere with sitting on a tablet stand. I'd buy this again. Especially at this price.

Great Case for protection, but it has minor flaw, the opening for the charging port of the tablet actually are not wide enough for the micro usb cable to come in, every time when I charge the tablet, the rubber material is always pushing against the micro usb cable, though I'm not sure if this will damage the port as time move on the force applied to the micro usb cable might damage the port perhaps?, but you can always take away the case when charging. Buyers beware though.

This case, along with a tempered glass screen protector have allowed my tabled to survive three kids under 5 playing games!

What an amazing case it is! Gives you a perfect grip of big tablet (Nexus 9). Rubber material gives an authentic look! Love it!

Sleek design. I've never been happier with an Amazon purchase. Drop test? Hell no. Poetic's Graph Grip case fits the Nexus 9 securely, but I'd never deliberately drop my tablet.
