I really like this mayonnaise. If you’re looking for something healthier than the seed-oil laced products in your usual supermarket, this is the best.Taste wise, sure, it’s different. While it doesn’t taste completely of olive oil, you can taste the difference between a lighter tasting oil like sunflower. If you use it to make something like egg mayonnaise, you’ll barely notice the difference.The main complaint I see about this product is it splitting. If you store it too cold after opening, it’ll split and ruin the consistency. Just pop it in the top of your fridge door — never had any issues storing it this way!In terms of value for money, I’d say it’s about right. It does seem expensive, but if you consider the amount of olive oil here, it’s worth what you get.I’ll be buying this (and the avocado oil variety) for as long as I eat mayo. Health wise, it’s such a good investment!

This is a great product with proper healthy ingredients and no nasty seed oils! The texture is great and the flavour really good. My only complaint is the price, but you get what you pay for I suppose!

The taste becomes more manageable after some time slightly overpowered by the ACV, it’s really healthy and only contains few ingredients and seed oil free including sunflower oil. A downside is that it’s expensive for the amount in the jar. The consistency is good, and thickness too it’s good for salads or eggs or sandwiches. The size of the jar is smaller than expected.

Delicious! Will never buy another mayo again.

Very tasty, and I can finally now say I have zero seed oils in my diet. Result!

My rating and review is based on the extortionate price point.The product itself is good - but this company seem to have grown increasingly greedy with their profit margins by continually increasing the price (it’s nearly doubled in price from what they first sold it at) which to me says a lot about their entire ethos!Yes I understand the cost of inflation butultimately you are still paying for some olive oil, egg yolk, vinegar and salt blended….at almost £9 for 250g is absurd and not justifiable…it’s just greed.My advice for anyone reading this review - save your money! £9 for a small jar of mayonnaise is just ridiculous when you consider a jar of Hellmans is about 75% less.Taste wise it’s nothing exceptional…it’s mayonnaise!

Usually great but recently the jars are arriving looking like a soft cheese and splitting (turning watery yellow) on the plate. I tried to get a refund but you need the batch number, the amazon order isn't enough, which is sad as I've previously bought 28 jars. I only had 1 jar split out of the first 24 jars but 2 out of the last 4. All stored the same way; cupboard unopened, fridge once opened.
