I am very skeptical with most supplements and I always try them before writing a review. I have only taken this for a week and half so far but since starting, my energy levels have sky rocketed, yet I have no side effects at all. I was a 2 sport division 1 athlete 30 years ago and despite being a very large person I still workout when my body allows me. I have now had 10 back surgeries as well as a few on other body parts so my workouts have been few and far between. I'm a fan of these pills it's just the amount that it says to take seems intense to me so I only take two and feel better. More rejuvenated and even feel like I can workout after a full days of work.
